Ships' shares overview
In the case of the ships' shares of the Hansa Mare Reederei, long-term economic efficiency and profitability have first priority. The container ship fleet of the Hansa Mare Reederei currently consists of 18 fund ships. Each ship is operated within the framework of a one-ship company with the legal form of a GmbH & Co. KG in which a total of more than 3,700 private and institutional investors have acquired shares.
The economic development of the fund ships initiated by Hansa Mare (performance figures of the one-ship companies) that is attested by independent auditors summarises characteristic and fundamental information in a target/performance comparison.
Not only at the annual shareholders' meeting but also throughout the lifetime of the corresponding investment fund company, our investors are periodically informed in detail concerning the current status of the corresponding one-ship company with regard to all fund-related, economic and tax questions.
